Jim Carpenter has spent 7 years at a senior level in the UK commercial radio industry. Most recently he was Commercial Controller of Red Dragon FM - part of GCap Media, which launched in May 2005 following the merger of GWR group and Capital Radio Plc. The GCap group owns 55 analogue and 99 digital stations, with 17 million listeners across the group portfolio.
At Red Dragon he was in charge of all regional commercial revenues across radio airtime, sponsorship, promotions, commercial production and interactive departments.
Jim was also instrumental in setting up and then managing the South West Regional Agency team; a dedicated sales force working and liaising with advertising agencies across the region.
Jim has worked extensively with many of South Wales's leading companies and public service providers over the last 8 years.
Jim joined greenfield in April 2007 as Head of Client Services
